Please read the terms and conditions below, we will require the client to sign their acceptance as part of the consultation.

• All clients will need to have a consultation session before any bookings are made. 

• Payment in full on the date we agreed with the client and Jessica's pet care

• The client must make sure we have all the necessary equipment for us to care for your pet.

• Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible by phone call or text to Jessica. 

• In the case of extreme weather Jessica's pet care has the right to change/cancel were necessary if it is in the best interest of the animals.
